We collect only what's needed to run the service: contact info for listings and alerts, your ZIP for proximity matching, and listing content. We don't sell or share your data. Stripe handles payments; Twilio sends SMS; Resend sends email. Each receives only what's necessary to deliver the message.

Delete your subscription at any time via the unsubscribe link in any alert. Email support@example.com to remove a listing.
